From my old apartment complex telling me to move my Infiniti M45.

I haven't lived there for six months, and I've never owned an Infiniti. At least to my knowledge.

I wouldn't think so, the apartment building wouldn't be looking up registration, just looking at the car in the given slot for that apartment and being incredibly poor with their records-keeping between the parking department and the leasing office.
